Microsoft announced today that Splosion Man will be a part of their lineup of premiere Summer of Arcade titles! That means we're almost done! =)
It's time. Time to pull back the curtain a little and show what Splosion Man will look like. Here's the first teaser trailer showing actual gameplay.
Please keep in mind that this is a work in progress and the game will ultimately look much better than this.

In the spirit of April Fool's Day, we made a tongue-in-cheek announcement yesterday for our next title called Splosion Man. Today,
we are proud to announce that we weren't kidding. Splosion Man, a lab experiement gone wrong and made out of pure splosion, is real.
The game will be a 2.5D action/platformer based around the simple concept of splosions and the ridiculousness that ensues, including
up to 4 player co-op (local and online), a single-player story mode chock full of hilarious cinemas seamlessly integrated into gameplay,
epic boss battles, and it's coming to Xbox LIVE Arcade.

like early in its creation versus in the final version. It's amazing what some shaders
and lighting can do to spruce up a scene.
Check us out on X-Play this Friday! Josh Bear and Michael Wilford will demo level 3 "Chaindown" of
The Maw for Adam Sessler and Morgan Webb. It airs this Friday, January 16th at 8pm Eastern time.
Last year, X-Play ran a special on all the PAX 10 finalists and they sent a producer to our studio.
It was fun. This time we're flying out to LA to make fools of ourselves.
Wish us luck!
At long last, The Maw has its release date and price point. Next Wednesday, January 21st, you
will be able to buy the game for only 800 MS Points, or $10 in USD. We worked very hard to
make the best game we could for 800 points and 150 megabytes.
We started development on October 1 2007, so this is a long time coming for us. We can only hope
that it does well enough that we get to keep making more games for you! After you try it, please
email us to let us know what you think we
could do better next time!

It was announced this morning that The Maw is one of the finalists in the Independent Game Summit (IGF)!
We don't know what to say... this is totally MAWESOME!
Happy Mawlidays everyone! The site has been temporarily redecorated for the occasion.
Check out the cards we sent out this year - Brian Crecente at Kotaku got one and
posted it here.
Last year we had Bruce Willis on the back. Often times our families find our sense
of humor confusing, but to us it makes perfect sense. Die Hard is the ultimate Christmas movie!
...oh and we promise, The Maw is coming to XBLA soon! =)
As of November 1, we are fully operational in our new home studio in Austin, Texas. Every single employee made the move with us, so we're still going strong... stronger, even, because one of the main reasons for the move was to find a bigger talent pool we could draw from. Twisted Pixel is growing to handle a new round of projects, so if you've got skills and would like to work with a tight-knit squad of experienced developers making award-winning titles, drop us a line at Jobs@TwistedPixelGames.com!
During PAX we held a raffle where the winner would take home an extremely limited edition
(only 20 were made) "Mawquette" statue. Well, the winner let us know that she is very happy
with her new Maw pal to look over things from the mantle place.
Get a closer look here.
Seattle, Wash., September 22, 2008 - The votes are in! The organizers of The PAX 10 today

As part of a special episode that covered all of the PAX 10 games, G4 TV came out to
visit us at our studio in Indiana. We went nuts and gave them a lot of wacky footage
that they put to good use.
